Leah Harvey

Leah Harvey, age 100 of Leonardville, passed away Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at the Leonardville Nursing Home. She was born on February 18, 1915 on a farm north of Green, the daughter of Alvin George and Ethel (Lyon) Pfeifley. She was a housewife and farmed with her husband Earl for a number of years in the Green community before moving to Leonardville in 1975. She loved her cats. She is survived by one niece, Sharon Sando and Lloyd of Leonardville and several other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband Earl in 1975 and one sister, Helen Lawson. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 15, 2015 at the Leonardville Cemetery with Pastor Kevin Larson officiating. Respect calls may be made anytime Friday at the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home in Riley.
