Margaret Joan Williams

Margaret Joan Williams, age 81 of Leonardville, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at the Leonardville Nursing Home. She was born on July 1, 1934 in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Tom C. and Callie M. (Wheeler) Weisinger. On December 19, 1952, she was married to Ford Carl Williams in San Antonio, Texas. She was a housewife and a member of the Countryside United Methodist Church. Her and Ford spent many winters in Arizona. She enjoyed ceramics, sewing and her soap operas. She is survived by her husband Ford Williams of Leonardville; three sons, Tom Williams and Cindy of Leonardville, Bob Williams and Joanna Heaslet of Westmoreland and Travis Williams and Kathy of Leonardville; one brother, Jerome C. Weisinger of San Antonio, Texas; six grandchildren, Terry Williams, Shanna Smith, Brandon Williams, Bryce Williams, Travis J. Williams and Callie Williams and five great grandchildren. Cremation is planned with a memorial service at a later date. A memorial has been established for the Leonardville Nursing Home. Contributions may be left in care of the Anderes-Pfeifley Funeral Home in Riley.
